  1. Introduction
    These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of new utility connection services (“Services”) supplied by Complete Utility Connections Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you (“the client”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms.
  2. Scope of Services
    Our Services may include:
    • Applications for new electricity, gas, water, or telecom connections
    • Liaison with utility companies, contractors, and authorities
    • Site surveys, technical assessments, and design documentation
    • Project management throughout installation
    • Compliance and regulatory support
  3. Estimated Costs and Site Visit Adjustments
    All costs provided are estimates only. Final costs may change following a detailed site visit or technical assessment.
    If revised costs are higher:
    • You will be asked whether you agree to proceed
    • If you decline, your payment will be refunded minus a £280 administration fee
    You will receive a full breakdown document set for use with another provider.
  4. Rapid Installation of Utility Meters
    We will arrange rapid meter installation where possible. This is dependent on your credit profile and utility provider approval.
  5. Client Responsibilities
    Clients must:
    • Provide accurate and complete information
    • Ensure site safety and regulatory compliance
    • Provide permissions required for the works
    • Pay all fees including third‑party charges
    • Ensure an authorised individual is available on site when needed
  6. Site Access Requirement
    An authorised individual must be present when access is required for surveys, inspections, or works.
    Delays, additional charges, or aborted visit fees may apply if access is not provided.
    We are not liable for delays caused by lack of access.
  7. Quotation Acceptance and Payment Terms
    Acceptance of any quotation is legally binding.
    Payment in full is due the same day and must be completed within 7 days.
    Failure to pay may result in delays, suspension, or cancellation.
  8. Use of Third Parties, DNOs, and Outsourced Ground‑Works
    Complete Utility Connections Ltd uses designated third parties to complete parts of your project.
    You will be notified when third‑party involvement applies.
    We will use the Designated Network Operator (DNO) for your area for all electricity‑related works.
    Substantial ground‑works may be carried out by outsourced specialist contractors.
    We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or timescales of these third parties.
  9. Third‑Party Providers
    We liaise with utility providers, contractors, DNOs, and authorities on your behalf.
    We are not responsible for delays or actions made by external organisations.
  10. Third‑Party Delays and Limitation of Liability
    We accept no liability for delays caused by third parties.
    We are not responsible for financial loss, business interruption, project delays, or consequential damages caused by such delays.
  11. Site Conditions and Additional Works
    Additional works may be required if unforeseen site conditions arise.
    Any extra costs will be communicated before work continues.
  12. Cancellations and Refunds
    • Cancellations before application submission may incur admin fees
    • Once applications are submitted, associated costs are non‑refundable
    • Cancellations due to unsafe or inaccessible sites may incur charges
  13. Data Protection
    We comply with GDPR and UK Data Protection Law.
    Your information may be shared with utility providers, contractors, and authorities when necessary.
  14. Complaints
    Complaints may be made in writing.
    We aim to respond within 10 working days.
  15. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
    Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
